Credit Control Services: We charge a negotiable hourly rate for our credit control service, with a minimum time period of four hours. Please email us with your requirements and we will be happy to provide you with a full quotation.

Pre Legal Debt Collection: Our charges for UK debt collection is 12% commission on any monies recovered on debts which are under 12 months old. Any debt under £500 will carry a minimum charge of £25.

Our charges for UK debt collection is 14% commission on any monies recovered on debts which are over 12 months and under 24 months. Any debt under £500 will carry a minimum charge of £35.

Legal Action Debt Recovery: To issue legal proceedings in respect of debt recovery we charge £80 which will take the case as far as obtaining Judgement, plus recoverable disbursements (court fees, solicitors costs etc). After a judgement has been obtained , we will charge on a time recorded basic at the rate of £90.00 per hour for post judgement enforcement.

Please note that the debtor is liable for some of the recoverable disbursements cost along with a late payment charge which is added to the debt and is recoverable from the debtor where the claim is paid in full by the debtor. Interest is also charged to the debtor on your behalf at 8% above base per annum unless your terms and conditions provide for a higher rate of interest.

Door Step Collections: We charge you a competitive fee of just £165 per debtor if within the M25/M23 radius. We will visit the debtor up to 2 times and we will keep you informed as to our progress at all stages.

Credit Checks: The cost of the full report is £13. We are able to provide comprehensive report on Limited and non-Limited Companies. A reduction can be offered for bulk orders.
